Register for an account
It's a matter of minutes to create a free Link2Ticket account. After verification, you will be able to start selling tickets the same day. With your account you gain access to your online dashboard and the EventManager App.
You have complete control over which information is accessible to your event crew, in the dashboard and in the EventManager App. Manage ticket sales in co-operation with partners.
Create your ticket shop
Create a new ticket shop within minutes in the dashboard. Enter your event details, and the system wil immediately generate a secure ticket shop. You will have multiple sales channels active to reach your audience:
Web shop
The ticket shops are fully customizable to your own branding. Sell tickets directly from your website or mailing campaign. This way, you will increase your traffic to your own website or Facebook page and not to an external ticket supplier.
Mobile shop
More than 60% of ticket sales are through smartphones. Our ticket shops are therefore mobile optimized for every smartphone platform. As the desktop counterpart, the mobile shop will show your event with matching branding and styling.
Facebook shop
Insert your ticket shop in your Facebook page with a few mouse clicks. Your visitors will be able to buy a ticket within your Facebook page.
Promotion
Promotion is one of your important elements of your event. You promote through different media channels. Link2Ticket supports you in enlarging your target audience with mailing tools and social media share buttons in all ticket shops. Automatically collect e-mail addresses from your visitors and use these in your mailing campaigns with our MailChimp connector.
Sell your tickets
During your pre-sale, you have one important goal: sell as many tickets as possible for your event. Start your campaign with "Early bird" tickets, or increase your revenue by selling "Vip" tickets. Offer discount tickets through your partner channels with Promo codes. Your visitors will have a wide range of payment options available.

The Event
During your event, you have a lot of things to worry about. A smooth running entrance is a must to make your event succesfull. Stay in the loop and track your visitor count. Sell coins or extra tickets through the Mobile Ticketbox with cashless payments.
Entrance control
Hosting an event for 50 or 50,000 visitors, your entrance will operate smoothly with Link2Ticket's smart scanners. Our scanners can be operated offline without wifi or external power. For smaller events, you can scan tickets with your own iPhone or Android device using our EventManager App.
Door sales
In an ideal world, all your visitors appear at your event with a pre-sold ticket. Monetize your remaining capacity by letting your customers buy tickets at your venue entrance. Guest list

With the guestlist tool, a name and e-mail address is all that's needed to have your guest receive a digital invitation with your branding. Your guests will have the option to download a regular ticket or show to their ticket on their smartphone (m-ticket).
After your event
